Why can't I access all of the videos on my iPhone 6 Plus?

I can't access all the videos on my iphone 6 plus

In my phone there is a folder "videos", I can not save those on my computer or import them to iTunes or anywhere else. I was able to upload a lot of other videos that were in my photo stream just not the ones in the "videos" folder.

If your talking about the videos in your photos app they don't back up to iCloud but you can airdrop them or depending on size you can e-mail them to your computer
