Wifi picture thing on top of screen ?

They removed it and now tell you if your on lte or not now ? I am on iOS 9.3 but I haven't even read what's in it so I guess could be that ?

It shows right in the picture. Instead of the usual logo showing how strong or weak your wifi signal is you have LTE there

Weird. My wifi picture thing isn't showing that way on Verizon.

Just did a restart and it seemed to fix the issue. Seems to be a bug.

I've had it drop periodically and it will come back. Usually just toggle wifi off/on in control center. Or go to settings -> wifi and make sure it's not only on but able to see the base station.

I have timed access enabled on the kids devices (through airport utility) and it will make the wifi logo disappear when their access is restricted.

That's not the case on my device

As you stated it might be a Bug

Probably a little glitch. Toggling wifi off, then on may have fixed as well.

I think it has to do with WiFi call. You will calling on WiFi when this is on.
