Apps Haven't updated since December 21, 2015

I noticed recently that I iPhone 6 Plus hasn't updated any apps since December 21st of last year. There are no apps waiting to update, just two apps that updated on that date. I am running the current software 9.2 and have tried turning the device off and signing out and into the app store. Any thoughts on what might be causing this - I'm sure that there have been app updates to some of the ones I have installed. I know Facebook and Messaging update weekly at least.

I've been getting some for days now. I think I want 6 days with none. I have 262 downloaded apps. Even so, it's been sparse for updates. It did pick up today some.

Thanks for the info about the Apple freeze. Three updates have come thru since I posted this so I expect a flood pretty soon.
