Merging same game from Iphone 6+ to Ipad mini

I want to sign into my game centre account on my ipad, to play [redacted],which i purchased and play on my Iphone 6+. How can i play the full game on the Ipad mini without having to pay to upgrade again?

Go to the Purchased section of the App Store in your iPad Mini and install the app.
