since new iOS they stop working
called apple talked to support she said that's happening to a lot of people she said new update we'll fix it I asked when get she said hopefully this week or for sure next week

well I got the new update and my sounds still don't work. called apple support lady made an appointment at the Genius Bar Sunday said its my phone will see what happens
