No Tab Bar option in Safari Settings on 6 Plus IOS 8.4.1

I have recently upgraded to a 6 Plus and have IOS 8.4.1 running. I have seen on line that Safari should have a "Show Tab Bar" option in the setting menu for the app - but mine does not. I have also seen a video that showed tabs running along the top of the browser when the phone is tilted in a landscape manner. My phone does not do this.

As I do not have an option to turn on the tab bar view, I am wondering if this went away with 8.4.1 or perhaps earlier. I really like the ability to see all the tabs going across the top of the browser (like when on a desktop machine) when in landscape mode and would like to turn this option on if it is available.

Anyone know has this functionality been removed?

I have a Plus on 841 and I'm showing the toggle.

Maybe try a restore as new.
