Music keeps changing sound levels.

How can I keep it at one level, example I'm hearing my music at the gym and its at high volume but song starts very low I restart the song and bam its loud! Why does it do that? Even when connected to Bluetooth on my car it does the same volume is high but song is low and i restart the song and its freaking loud! I took off the "lock sound" and it still does it put it back and still same when to music settings saw its at the highest volume setting too still does it... I also had this problem with the iPhone 5S... Anyone knows or went through this?

Settings - Music - Volume Limit.

Enable and then set the desired volume level using the slider.

Did that worked but now its doing it again, start a song and its low i move the stick back to the start and its loud...

Are you downloading music that's been converted from one format to another or using music that's been converted from video? If so, that could be the problem.

Try enabling or disabling 'Sound Check' in the Music Settings. Settings - Music and then enable or disable the toggle next to 'Sound Check'.
