Cannot connect to iTunes to iPhone 6plus

Hey guys. So I'm trying to buy some apps from the App Store and it says " can't connect to the iTunes Store." I've tried rebooting my device and no fix. I checked on my fiances iPhone 5s and she has the same issue. It only started this evening in Australia, I'm not sure if it's the Australia App Store or what?

That usually means a bad internet connection. Unless the store is down.

I've checked my internet connect and its on 4g with full bars. So I doubt that's the case. It's probably down
