Charge/Sync question

I want to sync and charge my iPhone 6+ with a Twelve South HiRise dock, connected to a Windows PC, via a lightning USB cable and a USB extension cable, plugged in to a powered 4 in 1 USB (splitter) hub. I am pretty sure that the iPhone will sync with my computer via this connection, but want to know if it will actually charge the iPhone.
