Ford Escape 2014 & iPhone 6 Plus

I have an iPhone 6 Plus, and we all know it is MASSIVE.
But my biggest issue right now is in my Ford Escape 2014, there is no real spot/place to put it while I'm driving.

Yes, I could put it in my pocket. But...
It doesn't even fit in the cup holder! Where do you place yours?

I put mine in the passenger seat most of the time. If someone is in it I put it between my legs.

I tuck mine between the outside of my thigh and the seat.

I did that when I had my 2012 & 2013. But with the 2014, the phone can 'almost' slip out the bottom. Most annoying...

2004 F-150 and I set it on my center console. Doesn't slide anywhere with an Apple Leather Case on it!

Honda Accord, center counsel has plenty of spots for it to rest. And using hands free everything on dash and radio control.
