I am wondering for those that also have an Apple TV 3, do you have full-screen when you mirror to you TV or is it still like with the previous iPhones?

I am talking about the full width of the tv itself. Not just a small area of the tv screen being used.

In my case, both get the full screen.

But my question continues onto what are your settings and connections so I can get that on my TV? Also What is your current procedure step-by-step as per turning on and mirroring?

The HoFo app is not showing any additional info or links to other threads, so I'm still not completely sure what you are seeing/experiencing.

My ATV3 is pretty much out-of-the-box. The settings screen has...

My ATV2 upstairs connected to a Samsung TV is full screen just like the ATV3 downstairs connected to a Sony TV.

On my iPhones, I simply swipe up from the bottom, click AirPlay, choose the ATV I want to mirror to, and then click the slider to turn on Mirroring.

I responded to this question earlier, but apparently the app I was using didn't send it. Anyway, I don't yet have an iPhone 6 Plus, but with my iPhone 5, all I do is use landscape mode and then use the AirPlay mirroring feature to get it to display full screen on the TV via my Apple TV. Even apps like Tapatalk will display full screen on my TV when in landscape mode, but not all apps games and videos, however.
