When I install it, and 'activate' it, the icons never change to the new theme. And, that's even if I respring, or restart the device. Weird...

when you apply it do you move the active theme to top of the list ? its not needed on majority of themes but sometimes i know from experience ive had move the active theme to top of the list and then respring . dunno why i just remember when i had a 5 i had to do that.
