I used an app called Iconical to make my shortcuts.

I used few different tweaks:

*Homescreen Designer for icon arrangement

*ClassicDock for the dock reflection look

*iWidget for the time/weather widget at the top

*springtomize 3 for the 5 icon dock and removal of a few things in the status bar up top.

*theme is Ambre


Took me a while to figure out how I wanted things to look. Went thru a few different configurations before settling on the one I posted.

Here is the wallpaper...
