Battery life ....

I will buy the iPhone 6 or 6+ ... - my main concern is battery life. What are your first impressions regarding the battery life of your 6+ ??

It's great. I have the 6 plus. I got 8 hour usage and 22 hours stand by. My usage wad heavy. I played games and drained the he'll out of this device. I'd go for the 6 plus

I picked up my iPhone yesterday, got home at around 10am and powered it up with 90% battery. I only plugged it into my MBP for about ten minutes and now today, at 11:50am I've still got 4% left so it's incredible! - that's with the 6 Plus. Really impressed.

I think it's great. still 100% at 40 minute usage and 8 hours on standby but of course right now it's too early to tell because I haven't used it that much. Being that I have unplugged it and went to bed, woke up and it's still 100

The battery on this phone is amazing so far. I was very impressed with it yesterday. Today I'll really get to test it out. It's been off the charger since 7 this morning and I have been using this thing non stop and I am only at 95%

So far iOS 8 on my iPhone 6 Plus has been stellar. Even with being on the fringe of an LTE signal.

So far I haven't seen this stellar battery life...it's no worse than the 5S, but if it is better, it's not by a whole hell of a lot really (in my case). Went for a ride, using Map My Ride...I usually go about 14-15 miles on this particular route and my 5S would lose about 25% of it's battery life over the entirety of the ride (GPS, music, etc going the whole time). iPhone 6 Plus lost about 22%.

Now I like to give a device the benefit of the doubt because when you first get it, you're playing with it A LOT more than you normally would (especially when it comes to settings), so I'll reserve my opinion until I have some legitimate usage. This small sample size really doesn't prove anything one way or another to me.

I wouldn't yet consider it absolutely stellar, but it is doing noticeably better than my 5 (about 1.5 years old). I'll reserve judgement for a later time after I start using it normally and not like it's-the-greatest-toy-in-the-world-and-I-must-always-be-using-it-and-why-did-I-put-it-down-I-need-to-find-my-precious...

I intentionally didn't put my phone on a charger all day. Woke up at 8 sent 8 videos via text. Posted to Facebook used group me all day sent a ton of texts and made calls. Still at 50%. Oh and viewed Imore all day!

Battery life has been stellar for me. I wanted to test it out, so I charged it to 100% after opening it, and then used it normally to see how long I could go before charging. I got 8 hours and 50 minutes of pretty heavy browsing, Instagram, navigation, bluetooth audio, and game use and 24 hours of standby before the phone got to 2%. I was using it another 10 minutes or so before it hit 1% and shut off. Phenomenal battery, I can go a whole day without charging now.

This is what I'm rocking so far. Once I get back to normal I'll use it a whole lot less too. I think at this point I'm happy.

I went an entire 48 hours now and just finished it off at 11%. Then decided to charge it. Battery life is MIND BLOWING

last time i charged to 100% yesterday was at 3. I got up and now I have 35%.Needless to say that i don't put my phone down and the iTunes radio kept playing all night bc i forgot to turn it off....


idk... but the battery life is outstanding!!!!
