Auto-Lock greyed out and stuck on 30 seconds, even with low power mode off!

My wife has an iPhone 5s running iOS 10.2. Her auto-lock is greyed out and stuck on 30 seconds. I have found topics that suggest turning off Low Power Mode. In this case it is already off and auto-lock is still greyed out and stuck on 30 seconds. Any suggestions or solutions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have suffered from this issue before and if it becomes persistent, go into >Settings >General >Auto-Lock. Then set it to a higher time limit or set it on Never. This was probably due to a bug with your low-power mode. Try hard rebooting your iPhone if it doesn't work (Sleep button with home button)
