Why they can't fix my phone?

So my iPhone 5S is bent on the left side (where you can see the mute switch, and the volume buttons) and my battery drained fast. Then I went to my carrier and asked them to fix it, then they sad they will send it to an Apple Premium reseller and they can fix it (because in Hungary there's no Apple store) they said I will get it back in 2 weeks. This is the 3rd week without my iphone and I don't know anything about it. I never dropped it or sit on it. I'm using the Spigen Tough Armor, and a 9h tempered glass screen protector.

Without actually examining your device, none of us will be able to tell you why it is not fixed. Having said that, maybe it is fixed and is en route to your location. You need to contact the repair company for more information about your iPhone.

I mean it's not bent it's humped. If you watch the pictures you can see it's only on the left side where the battery takes place, and I think the battery pressed out the housing.
