How can I restore my jailbroken iPhone 5s to iOS 9.1.2 from iOS 9.0.1

So I've got a jailbroken iPhone 5s gunning iOS 9.0.1 and my cellular data settings won't save. So I need to restore my iPhone but not update it to the latest iOS. I would like to update it to iOS 9.1.2 so I can jailbreak it again. So if you can help me I would appriciate it

Welcome to iMore! 9.1.2 is no longer being signed so if you restore and remove your jailbreak you'll have to install 9.3.2.
