How to send a foto that is in my I-phone 5S text to my e-mail

I have a foto in my Apple I-phone 5s text that I would like to forward to my e-mail.

Press and hold on the photo and then select "Save Image". Then from within the Photos app, select the saved pic, select the share option, select "Mail", enter the recipient(s), and then send it.
