why my Iphone is stucking while typing messages in instagram?

hello !
I have an Iphone 5s .
I'm facing some problems from last week . I get this problem after updating my I.O.S into 9.2.1 . The problem which i'm getting is that my Iphone is stucking while i'm typing something in Instagram messenger . i don't know why it's happening infect 10 GB storage is also available .
I had reset my Iphone too but i'm not reaching to the problem .
Kindly help me i just need your help please !

Try the following:

1. Reboot your iPhone.
2. Make sure that the app for the aforementioned service is the latest version.
3. Close all running apps.
