Where is the contacts icon on my iphone 5s or utility folder

I can't find a contacts icon or a utilities folder on my iphone 5s. Can you help me find them?

Search for it using Spotlight. Pull down on the screen and type Contacts in the search box. It will locate the app, and if it's in a folder, the search list will identify that folder, as well.

Not even sure why Apple has a dedicated Contacts app. The Phone app works just as well for contacts.

Ever try looking up a number in contacts while talking on the phone? Try it without the contacts app.
