How to install WIFI profile in iPhone5s

I have installed a wifi profile of my organization to connect to wifi, by mistakenly I have removed that profile and now I am not able to see that profile option and unable install my organization certificate. Can anyone help me on this.

Use the same method that allowed you to initially install it. I'm assuming you need to get that profile from your IT section.
