Can I get some help erasing my iPhone 5s?

Erasing iphone 5s stuck!

I have an iphone 5s and I decided to erase all settings and data to factory settings. It has taken along time and I suspect it is stuck at the apple icon and an empty bar beneath it. Please help

Plug the phone into your computer and launch iTunes. Once it recognises it restore as new.
