Why is my device saying my storage is full?

What should I do? My iCloud is full. My device has 7 pictures, no music and 3 apps.

is it your iCloud storage or device storage? If iCloud then find out what the cloud it backing up- settings iCloud storage and manage storage. If you need everything backed up my advice is to pay for additional storage- its pretty cheap-

Ok, so what should I do? How can I stop my phone saying that the Device Storage is Full?

I'm assuming you have a 16GB device. One of your 3 apps may be large.

Go to settings>General>Usage and then tap on "Manage Storage" under the device storage area and see how much storage each of your apps is taking.

I'm confused First you say that iCloud storage is full then you post to say your device storage is full, can you confirm which it is?
If iCloud then you either have to delete any backups &/or files & folders which you've added or buy more storage, if your device then you'll have to remove any apps/music to gain the memory back.
