How can I fix a blue screen issue on my iPhone 5s?

blue screen issue iphone 5s.

i have an iphone 5s,, but it shows that blue screen >.>
everything works well,, but once of a sudden it just shows that blue screen then restarts, i'm living in egypt which means there's no apple store to go to,, and professionals in here, told me that it can't be fixed,, any ideas?

Try doing a clean install of iOS 8.3 and setting it up as new instead of from a backup.

i've tried everything,, professionals said it's a hardware issue indeed. and can't be fixed. :S
