My iPhone 5s has water damaged, cleaned and rebuilt but won't turn on, why?

iPhone 5s water damaged, cleaned and rebuilt but won't turn on?

Phone was dropped into a toilet for a minute, ive stripped the phone and washed in isopropanol and dried. I've changed the battery also.
When I try to turn it back on nothing happens at all? Any ideas please?

It got just wet enough in the wrong place(s) to do irreparable harm.

If I replace all the inner parts do you think that'll help? Or am I'm best just writing this one off??

I'd place any available monies towards a replacement device rather than fixing the dead one.
