New 5S User Question

When I get calls I don't have an option to decline the call. I have a "Remind Me" button and a "Message" button. How do I decline a call!?

Currently on IOS 8.1

Thanks much appreciated! Is there any reason why some phones show decline and others don't?

Friend at work has a 5c same iOS version and when calls come in she can just hit decline. Another friend with a 6 her phone does the same thing mine does...

It will show option to decline when the phone is unlocked, when your on the lockscreen it won't.
