Connecting iPhone 5s to USB 3?

I am wondering if I can get USB 3 transfer speeds by using either the oem cable or another apple-approved cable to connect my 5s to my computer with a USB 3 connector?

USB 3 is backward compatible with USB 2. The iPhone BUS isn't fast enough for taking advantage of USB 3 speeds, so you will have no advantage of plugging into USB 3 over USB 2.
