Bluetooth 5S and 5C to Ipad or an android device

Having difficulties connecting to any IOS device close to our iphones.
Our "windows" tablet is recognized but file transfer is impossible.

Now what??

If the iPhones and the iPads are running iOS 7+, use the AirDrop feature.

Airdrop is a great feature for quick close transfers

Welcome, Peter! As stated, AirDrop works. Actually, it works great! I was able to send my wife a 4 minute video from my iPhone 5 to her iPhone 5c. It took 2 seconds. You can't send a 4 minute video via iMessage or email on an iPhone.
