No signal after wifi connection

Hello all !
So here is my issue and I truly hope to get a clearer picture of what others might have experienced, so since I updated to 7.1.2 I have been getting this weird issue with my cellular connection, when ever I'm at work ( and this only happens at work ) I get a no signal error up where the carrier logo should be, no being tmobile I understand in don't really get phone service all that well indoors but I never had this issue where it would continue to show no service when I leave the area and enter areas in know have service( because I've used it there in the past or earlier the same day) so my question to you guys is have any of you had this occur to you I. The past since the update or even before the update, should I reset my phone or just being it in to the Apple store all together.

Have you tried doing a hard reset by holding in both buttons until the Apple logo comes up? Try this while you are at work and see if there is a difference.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
