For the replacement, did you have to send your faulty case back to Lifeproof?

Nope, didn't have to send it back. They never said anything about that.

All I had to do was send them a picture of the case next to a hand-written sheet of paper with the SN's and my signature. Once they got that, I got an email saying they had shipped my replacement.

That's all? How did you contact them? By email or phone? I have a scratch on the screen protector of my Fr?, it's so noticeable I no longer use it. But to some it may not be a big deal. So if I had to send it to them, I'm afraid they'll deem it not important enough for a replacement.

Just purchased 2 spigen ultra hybrids. Along with that have 1 apple leather black,1 spigen slim armor s, and a spigen neo hybrid. I find myself rolling with the neo hybrid or apple leather most of the time.
