Hi guys,

I'm using an iPhone 5S. Well. I'have issue with it.

After I clicked into the App store, there are three menu tabs....

Paid, Free and Top Grossing.

Well. I clicked on Paid once and it got into the list. The same goes to Free.. However, I clicked on top grossing, it took more than 3 times...

Seems like the top right corner of the screen isn't sensitive..

Today is the second day I use....

Do u guys know how to change the screen display or anyway to solve it?

Thanks x10000 times.

If it not affecting the opening of apps on your home screen in that same area of the screen, I doubt it's screen sensitive, but I could be wrong. Are you on Wi-Fi or cellular data when you tap on it? Have you tried a mere reboot?

I've tried to click on the app list... but nothing happen...

Because the position is exact located between the first top right app and second top left app.

But for top grossing, always occur.

I've reset the settings of the phone...

But I dont understand what is a mere reboot?

Please help.

Reboot - Turn the phone off and then turn it back on. If that doesn't work, you might consider making a genius bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to get it serviced or exchanged.

At first, I thought that this happened because of my inexperience with iOS....

I've tried to re-position the way I click on the three menu tabs...

I've aimed at the lower position of the menu tabs and clicked on them...

Still unable to get the top grossing tab...

Only got it after three or four clicks...

then...

The 5th, 6th, 7th clicks failed...

I've clicked with soft power and more power...

still the same....

Frustrated....

The second day I purchased the iPhone...

from authorized iPhone store...

perhaps.

I should purchase it through Apple online store at first place...

But I worry that I might receive a faulty iPhone if the courier service isn't responsible....

Well....

It seems like I'm wrong with it and I should trust apple at the first place...

Sad case

I'm able to get the iPhone through Apple online store...

However, my first thought was the courier service that send the iPhone might not handle with care....

I scare of receiving a faulty iPhone...

Well...

It seems like I'm wrong and the local authorized store gave a faulty iPhone 5S gold...

I understand, but the beauty of Apple's customer service is the fact that they will bend over backwards to rectify a situation. You have a faulty iPhone. Apple's customer service is second to none. Make the appointment and go and get a replacement device. You can make the appointment via the Apple Store app. Just do it....:)

Do you notice this anywhere else, or is it only in the App Store? Try a soft reset. Power off your phone by pressing the top button, then swipe the slider to the right. Wait a minute, then power back on.

That actually happened to me a while back with an Android I'd bought. Turned out to be a faulty digitizer. Not sure if this is your case but have you called Apple or took it to a store if there is one near you?

I have a similar problem, but for me it's the search function in the email app - I have at best a 50% success rate in getting it to search rather than pressing the "Edit" function!

I think it's either:
1. my fingers are too dry to be registered by the screen
2. too large to press it accurately
3. poor aiming by me - it's always the little stretch of the finger to the top of the screen that may mean my accuracy is out.

Whatever the cause is, oddly, I don't have the problem anywhere else on the screen...
