Moving photo's

Is there a way to move photo's taken with the iphone into an EXISTING album on the phone???

It only lets me move photo's to NEW albums ....

Yes go to the Existing album tap select on the top right of the screen then choose Add on the bottom middle of the screen

Mines does not have that option. Once in the album if I hit select the option add to appears to the right lower corner and only does anything if I select a picture from that album

So tells recap you go into the Album you want to import the picture too

Correct

And choose Select

Correct

Ok I think the issue is the album that was put on my phone , is not one I made with the iPhone.
Your way works with all my other albums.

Make sure your not in the Camera Roll when you choose Select you must be in the Album you want to bring your picture into and it will only say ADD in blue

It's an album of pictures I made on my galaxy note 2, taken with the note 2, transferred the album to my Mac book pro and then put the album on my iPhone

You can not modify that album through your phone directly. You would need to sync it with iTunes/iPhoto (or the like) to add pictures to that particular album.
