Sorry to ask but I finally got my 5s from asurion. How can I resize for wallpaper on ios7 bc I never tried bc I lost my first 5s the same day I got it so I never tried

There are many ways to do so, however have you ever considered just doing a google search in Safari for iPhone 5 wallpaper? There are several sites with wallpapers optimized for your screen. If you long tap the jpg you can save it to your iPhone and then set it. Or you could use a imaging editor and just set the photo to 1136 x 640. Thanks but I mean. Like I love to take picture of my two dogs and when I try to resize it I cannot

When you set the photo as wallpaper it should let you resize prior to you actually hitting the set button. Go to Settings -> Options -> Wallpapers & Brightness -> Choose Wallpaper ... At this point select your photo library and the photo you want to use. You can Move & Scale the photo on this screen, then click set.

Congrats on the 5s, go into settings, General > Accessibility > reduced motion and turn it on, choose wallpaper, and set to your liking. When finished go back to setting and turn reduced motion off.

Any basic image editor will resize your pictures for you.
There are many, and even free ones.
The size of the 5S screen is 640X1136. If you want to make a parallax wallpaper I have found 744X1392 works great.
