iPhone 5s charging question

I put my phone on the charger last night and pulled it off the morning (about 6 hours). It said 98% battery, is this an issue? Do I have to take my phone to apple?

I put the phone back on the charger and 5 minutes later it was at 100%.

That's normal. It's still idling even though it's on the charger.

Its normal it happen to me cos i have notification on lock screen
