Home screen auto-adjusting

As many others, I got the 5S on launch day. One thing that is kind of annoying is that often when I wake up the phone, the home screen is not completely centered and starts auto-adjusting. If you've owned a PC with an old monitor you'll know what I'm talking about. It's very minor and probably only a matter of 1 or 2 pixels that it adjusts, but still, not what I would expect from an Apple product.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Btw, it didn't go away with update 7.0.1

It's the parallax effect. It does look like what you are comparing it to, but it's different.

You can turn it off in settings - general - acessability - reduce motion

Great! Now if only it was possible to turn off the animations as well.
