Experimenting here. Need honest opinions. So I had to darken the top part so the text would be white. It didn't look right with black text for the status/date/time and white text on the "Be My...".

I think it looks fine Led. I know what you mean....I have a few wps that I love but the text blends in with the colors of the wp it making it difficult to see, and I hate when that happens lol.
