I broke the adhesive tab on my battery

As i was trying to replace my charge port on my iphone 5c i broke the adhesive tab on the battery and can't figure out how to remove the battery without the tab. Can someone help? It is urgent!

It's difficult to assist someone with no images to show us

You will need to re-attach the tab if that's even possible

its not possible is there any other way to take out the adhesive strips from the battery without using the tab

Pry the battery out with something non conductive ? look at battery changing videos on youtube.

use something plastic and wide to distribute the force of the tool. Think of a putty knife thats long and wide but plastic. Also try to heaet up the back frame a bit to loosen up the adhesive. Maybe a hair dryer for about 15 or 20 seconds.

I just had the battery changed on my 5C and they showed me the old one, they had to pry it pretty hard with something because it was curved over and bent about 20 degrees on one end.
