I dropped iPhone 5c now asking about internal damage

So I was running in the park and I dropped my iPhone 5c. There was no damage on the outer screen but I'm beginning to wonder if there is internal damage. I can't be sure but it's been acting like I'm touching it when I'm not. Also I went on to the home screen and I started typing with out me touching it. (P.S as I'm typing this the ringer just turned off by its self ) WHAT DO I DO

Welcome to iMore! You can try restoring with iTunes and setting your 5c up as a new device. Otherwise it's a hardware issue. It might be time for an upgrade!

Yes, if hardware was damaged, you're better off upgrading to another phone.
