5C won't update to 9.3

It's saying that I'm not connected to the Internet but I do have WiFi working. I already tried powering off and soft resetting (not factory reset).

Any inputs?

My daughters 5 is doing the same thing?

My 6 and my wife's 6S+ updated just fine? Wierd.

My ipad mini 2 is doing the same thing. When I hooked it to itunes it said no update available.

Maybe it's good that it didn't update for our older devices. I'll just wait for the next update.

I was having the same problem with my iPad mini (1) and found out that the older devices were glitching with the update so they pulled the update from them to rework it. Very annoying trying to figure out the problem. Wish they would have sent us a notification not to try to update until they fixed it.
