Why does my iPhone 5c keep on turning off and on?

my iphone 5c keeps on turning off and on

I was trying to jailbreak with the pp jailbreak than my dog stepped on my plug then unplugged it from my computer then it kept on staying at the apple screen then turning black and so on and so fourth
