do i have a software problem ???
my iphone 5c is 10 month old however yesterday it was ringing but screen was black left it a short while it came back on then later when i tryed to ring my mam as i pressed the call button it was asif it was freezing then it just went of tryed pressing unlock button at the top of handset but nothing when im getting calls and texts the phone is making the alerts but still no display
