How can I set up my Passbook on an iPhone 5c?

Setting up Passbook on an iPhone 5c

I have been trying to set up Passbook on my 5c. I cannot seem to find the + button or the "add to Passbook" button on any of the apps I have downloaded. I have used the "Find Passbook Apps" button in Passbook and downloaded 4 different apps and none of them have had the option to add to Passbook. Anybody know why?

At this point I'd consider restoring the iOS on it.

What apps have you tried?

Within the compatible apps, you have to go to the particular feature that is compatible with Passbook.

For example, you typically would add a card (such as a Starbucks card or Walgreens card) or a specific ticket such as Ticketmaster or Eventbrite.
