I dropped my iPhone 5c and now have a black screen, also there is an alert sound when the charger is connected. How do I reboot the phone?

Sounds like you need a trip to the Apple Store. I don't think you are going to fix that.

I would make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store.

No, no physical damage. Screen just went multi coloured & then black! All it does is react by sound when charger connected but nothing else. It has been freezing the past week or so, unable to take calls as screen froze...?

My iPhone 5c sent multi colored and it turns on but I can't see the screen . Do you know what I can do ?
