Iphone 5c, Ipad & Ipod all showing false false for where my contacts used to be.

All my apple devices are showing "false false" where names, addresses, phone numbers - all contact info used to be. I have tried everything. Is there some way to get these back, and why did this happen???? Very ticked off and looking at Samsung now.

What's your contact client?.
