Is the iPhone 5C still a really good buy, 10 months later?

I just got my blue iPhone 5C and I am happy with it. Can't tell any difference between this and the iPhone 5S speed wise. I don't need a motion processor or finger print scanner. And it's blue and not a boring color. It's up to you and what you are looking for I guess.

As the iPhone 6 release nears, you can expect good deals on the 5c and the 5s. Some carriers may offer one or both for free on contract at some point. My wife got her 5c free in March with Verizon.

I'm thinking about buying one right now just because I don't want to spend the extra for a 5S and then turn around and sell that in two months to get the 6. I think it would be worth it to get right now at a decent price and then sell it when the 6 comes out and worry about financing that then. I'm probably going to pick up the 6 on AT&T Next when it comes out and is more widely available (I'm assuming it'll be tough to find right off the bat), sell my 5C and pay off a portion of the 6 when I get it. I don't see why it would be a bad buy. Heck, the 4S still works pretty well and it's 3 years old!

I say yes. It's better than most Androids out there. I'd buy the blue or white 5c.

I think it will be fine I got a 4s 2 years after it came out and still reviving updates see no reason why 5c wouldent

Right now, at this point I wouldn't recommend it. I had it lag on me a few times using updated versions of apps... I would possibly only recommend it as a jailbroken machine.

I guess it depends on the user. I have one and use it for work along with 7 other coworkers and none of us have any issues at all.

My wife's 5c is lightning fast. It puts my 5 to shame. But she doesn't have it bogged down with apps and music. The apps she does have all work very well with no lag. She's had it 5 months and here's her "about".

The iPhone 5c is a good buy for people that are not concerned on specs. If get it if I was into colour

People that aren't into technology like most of us are seem to be fine with it. If I really wanted color, I would have no problem getting a Blue or White 5C, they're very nice looking.

I love tech but I know darn well I couldn't have afforded the 5s last year at upgrade time! Love my phone it's plenty fast enough for me

I love my 5C. I got music on there, a bunch of apps, google chrome and I don't have any slowdowns at all. Tell you the truth, I'm debating if I want to upgrade to iPhone 6 or wait for a while since this phone is running great and feel good to use with my hands and fingers.
