Iphone 5 infinite boot loop

Hello! after my iphone ran out of battery it got stuck in a boot loop.I tried restarting it and replacing the battery but it didn't work.I tried to reset it but itunes pops this message : "software for this iphone is not currently available" and if i try to update it "there was a problem downloading the software for the iphone the requested resource was not found".What can i do?

You replaced the battery? Have you ever done something like that before? My guess is you are in need of an apple store visit at this point
