My iphone 5 is saying i'm out of storage. Don't know what to do.

it will not even let me update to IOS 9.3.2

Start with deleting apps that you don't use. If that doesn't open up enough space, try backing your photos up to something like drop box, box or Google Photos. Once your photos have been backed up, delete them off your phone. If you still need space, try changing your text settings so that you only save texts for 1 year or 3 months rather than forever. Also, if you delete photos, make sure you clear out your deleted photos folder and also videos.
