My phone went swimming with me! Now I need to access all the info on that phone and send it to my new phone. How do I do this?

I really hope you have a recent iCloud or iTunes back up. That's the way to do it. Instead of setting up device as new you would restore from either an iCloud or iTunes back up... Good luck
