Why my iPhone 5 switched off automatically. even its has 99 % battery

Yesterday i dropped my iPhone 5 and it is switching off automatically even it has more than 90 percent battery charged. Please help me to solve this issue.

it could be a hardware problem. better if you have it consulted on apple center

It could be a number of issues but if it started happening as soon as you dropped your iPhone then it's probably a hardware issue. I suggest bringing your phone into an Apple Store, contacting Apple Support, or taking it into an authorized service center.
