Is it possible to downgrade IOS 9.1 or 9.2 to 9.0.1 on iphone 5?

Hi. If I buy an iphone 5 that has already latest IOS installed, can I manually downgrade it to 9.0.1 version? I heard about apple stopped signing it but I was thinking if there are manual methods to do it.
